  • Open to all confirmed and non-confirmed staff.
  • Must be an employee of Intellico Group of Companies.
  • Introducing of new staff, reward can only be claimed after staff is confirmed
  • For new ideas implementation, ideas must be realistic and original and it has to be implemented by company before rewards are paid out.
  • If you are connecting a strong lead for BDMs, rewards will be paid out once sales is closed and payment is made by customer.
  • If you manage to upsell to our existing customers, your reward will be paid after customer has fully cleared our invoices.
  • Successful detection of bugs and errors during user acceptance test needs to be qualified by the programmers before incentives are paid.
  • For software demonstations, your reward will only be paid if the customer buys our products and payment is full made.
  • To collect your rewards for finishing your tasks on time will only be paid after the Operations Managers confirms timeline and after clients make full payment.
